It was a unique experience to be part of the Short Shorts and to be able of sharing my stories with "Dos icebergs" within the Japanese and Asian culture was a wonderful encounter.

I am happy that I met a group of friendly film makers and of course the festival staff, who made me feel very comfortable during my stay in Tokyo.

I hope I can permanently participate at your festival and keep working with stories that help us to reflect about the dark side of human nature, that sometimes makes us deaf, mute and blind at the moment of facing dramatic situations as the climatic change that has been caused by ourselves.

There is nothing left for me to say but to thank you and wish a long life to the marvellous Short Shorts Festival. I embrace you all
Your friend

What I could say about this amazing week that I spent to the SSFF! It's the greatest festival I've never been invited to! Everyone from the bottom to the top is so kind and professional! Everything is done to make you feel happy and safe… you're free, but you're never lost.

It was such an amazing experience to share our work with people from such different places in the world! Have a drink with a German director, have a talk with a director from L.A, meet people from Korea, Mexico, Denmark… all the world was at the SSFF! A human experience that I will never forget!

It was already such a honor to be selected, such a joy to come to Japan… and such a surprise to win one of the awards! And it has been such a pleasure to meet, 10 000 km from your home, people who love cinema as you do !

It's wired to feel so close to people so far away from home. All what I had is to encourage me to do new films.
Thanks you all.

This year, as the 10th anniversary of Short Shorts Film Festival, and the first year of STOP! Global Warming Competition, I am pleased to participate in this festival and also receive the two awards, J-WAVE Award and STOP! Global Warming Competition Audience Award. While facing the climate changes by global warming, I hope that this competition has grown up. Moreover I really enjoyed SSFF with many filmmakers from all over the world.

I make this "SAUNA" with combination of my idea which is to make strong impact for the audience and heavy theme of global warming. Then it becomes to be supported by big audience. From now on, I try to any possibilities of visual images beyond the concept of animation.

I would like to thank all who support to make this "SAUNA", crew of SSFF and audience.
